Now we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst for our client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
• Work closely with business, technical, and project stakeholders.
• Analyze banking and financial processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare process flows, requirement documents, and functional specifications.
• Support UAT and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Manage requirement changes, risks, and dependencies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders in Arabic and English.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Strong Banking / Financial Services domain experience is required.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional requirements.
• Good understanding of banking/financial processes and business operations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Arabic speaker required.
• English proficiency required.
